Description And Description Of The Meyers Briggs Personality

Upon completing the Meyers Briggs Personality Test I discovered that I was an INFJ. The description and typical personality traits exemplified who I am. Often, I am described as mysterious and difficult to understand. Despite going above and beyond to assist others in around me I keep my thoughts, ideas, and emotions closely guarded. Determining how to phrase my thoughts, ideas and emotions is very difficult and the words often become jumbled in my head. For this reason I am often hesitant to share them with others. When I do present ideas or suggestions they are often regarded as unique and creative. People often come to me for ideas or solutions to problems, knowing that I will work until I come up with a solution. I poses the unique ability to understand and connect with a wide variety of people and personality traits. This makes me a well-rounded individual who has the capability of being a great leader, teacher, employee, student, and friend. Being and INFJ has a lot of po sitive traits that I feel will benefit me during my education and career. I took the Multiple Intelligences Self-Assessment quiz. When I taught preschool and as the trainer for my department I have learned that there are many different methods in which people learn. I adapted how I taught and train based on what is required by the learner. Due to this I was curious to determine the variety of learning methods that work best for me.
